To exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK, please complete the form below. You may print it and send it with a wet signature, or email a signed scan from your registered email address. Applications for which we cannot verify your identity cannot be answered.
02Your rights
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of this to third parties to whom it was transferred;
- request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK and notification of this to third parties;
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your data.
03How to apply
You may submit requests regarding the rights above, together with information and documents proving your identity, by completing the Data Subject Application Form in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, using one of the following methods:
- In person or through a notary, with a wet signature: Mehmet Akif Ersoy Mah. 286. Sk. Proofis 6/35, Yenimahalle, Ankara, Türkiye
- With a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our systems: info@pressfix.com.tr
Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature. Where the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
